About Us

Welcome to our website.  The Lynher River Association was founded over thirty years ago and our mission is to protect, maintain and improve our river.  We work closely with the Environment Agency and the West Country Rivers Trust and we are members of the South West River Association. 

Being an entirely voluntary organisation we do rely heavily on our members. Not only for their work and great enthusiasm, but, also for their donations towards the cost of maintaining our very successful hatchery. We are always hugely appreciative of of any help or donations and, if you feel this is something you wish to contribute towards, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
